Becca Trammell

District Case Manager

Becca is a District Court Case Manager at Payne Law Firm, where she helps guide clients through one of the most stressful moments of their lives. She manages case logistics, coordinates meetings and court dates, assists with payment plans, communicates with Driver Control, and works closely with courts to ensure clients have the information they need.

Whether she’s answering questions (or at least trying, as she likes to joke) or helping clients understand next steps, Becca strives to make the legal process as approachable and stress-free as possible.

Before joining Payne Law Firm, Becca gained valuable experience working in dispatch and at State Farm, roles that strengthened her ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly with people in difficult situations. She is currently pursuing her BA in Political Science at Arkansas State University with plans to attend the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Becca was drawn to criminal defense by a genuine desire to help people, especially those who have fallen on hard times. She believes deeply in empathy, second chances, and meeting clients without judgment. Her goal is to create a safe space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported — even when they’re navigating mistakes or setbacks. This mindset also shows up in her approach to payment plans: she knows life happens, and she advocates for clients with compassion and flexibility.

Born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, Becca enjoys reading, writing, hiking, and tending to her growing collection of plants. She shares her life with her dog, Big Girl. She loves the atmosphere at Payne Law Firm, especially the camaraderie, the supportive environment, and the joy of sharing good news with clients.

One of her favorite pieces of advice came from a mentor who encouraged her to ask, “Why not me?” — a reminder that she can chase any path she chooses. It’s a lesson that continues to propel her forward. Recently, she has been inspired by a line from Toshikazu Kawaguchi: “Negativity is food for malady, one might say.”

Becca is motivated by a simple purpose: to leave things better than she found them. Whether she’s guiding a client through a tough day or helping move a case forward, she brings heart, humor, and determination to every step of the journey.
